Service Scope
Lily Lens provides on-location photography services for small events, subject to availability, venue access, and the scope confirmed during booking. Service details may include event coverage, agreed priority moments, portraits, and an edited private gallery, as applicable to the booking.

Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted on a project basis according to the schedule, venue access, and deliverables confirmed for the assignment. A deposit may be required to secure a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those confirmed at the time of booking.

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, timely access to the venue, and any permissions needed for photography. Lily Lens may rely on the agreed priority list and access conditions, and may decline or limit coverage where access, safety, or venue rules prevent performance.
Internal conditions and reference controls
All photographs and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights unless a separate written license states otherwise. The client receives only the usage rights expressly agreed for the booking, and no RAW files, rejected images, or broader rights are included unless confirmed in writing.

Photography services are provided with reasonable care, but Lily Lens does not guarantee specific poses, expressions, attendance, weather, backgrounds, or final image counts.
